Social Entrepreneurship Conference 2011
The 2011 Social Entrepreneurship Conference will tackle four key challenges faced by Philippine social enterprises: the challenges involved in community and social enterprise partnerships, the challenge of scaling up, the challenge of assessing social impact and the challenges presented by the policy environment that social enterprises face.
This event is co-presented by the Development Studies Program of the Ateneo de Manila University, the Philippine Social Enterprise Network, and the Ateneo Center for Social Entrepreneurship in collaboration with the Foundation for a Sustainable Society , Oikocredit and Business World.
A Gathering of SE Stakeholders
The conference serves as an excellent venue for interaction among various stakeholders in the field of social entrepreneurship. Over 200 participants from various sectors are expected to attend the 2011 Conference. Workshops will be held at the end of the first day to provide participants with an opportunity to discuss various conference themes at greater length. The conference panels will be composed of social investors, social entrepreneurs, policymakers and civil society organizations, including people's organizations.
